Steve McCurry
The light could be coming from a studio lamp but it also looks like natural lighting, maybe coming from a window. The man is facing forward, just standing there. The background is gray and blurred. He looks like he is indoors or has a backdrop behind him. Steve is close to the model revealing the texture of his wrinkles and clothing. The bold, forward position of the model and the pretty bright lighting communicates that this man is proud of what he has done, especially with his expression that says "Yeah i did that. I'm not sorry." The model isn't smiling and his eyes look neither happy or sad, more like he is experienced and expects something.

Favorite Thing: Koala
I chose Bower's koala to photography because it is adorable, soft, and I loved it once I saw it for the first time. It is like a comfort animal for me during AP Studio. I took a side view close up, an above shot, a back view, a straight on shot, and a couple quarter views. I used a solid black background to avoid distracting backgrounds. While photographing I considered the direction the studio lights were angled at. I played around with the tint of lighting in some of the photos as well. Most of the photos are shot with a large depth of field. The only exception is the side view close up where the ear is out of focus while the eye is sharply in focus.
